Planned for the island’s own audience
Guernsey is a smaller and differently shaped audience from Jersey. Meta's advertising tools put Facebook's reach in Guernsey at around 38,200 people (59% of the population) and Instagram's at around 25,400 (39%), while TikTok's advertising tools reach only around 6,000 adults (DataReportal, Digital 2026: Guernsey, late 2025). These are advertising reach estimates, not counts of active users.
So a Guernsey plan usually starts with Facebook, which reaches most of the island, then Instagram. For firms that sell to other businesses, LinkedIn matters too: DataReportal counts around 42,000 registered LinkedIn members in Guernsey, though that counts accounts, not active users. We would rather run two channels well than five badly.
